When arranging an appointment by email, please provide:

2. patient's gender
3. patient's address
4. patient's date of birth
5. patient's home telephone number
6. patient's mobile number
7. a brief explanation of the current eye problem
8. the preferred date of appointment

A representative from our eye center will respond to your request within 3 working days.

Both eye centers are conveniently situated in Manila's posh shopping centers. Hotel accommodations are a stone's throw away.
